We work with trusted, insured suppliers and venues, and we hold appropriate business insurance so our clients can feel confident throughout the planning process. From private celebrations to corporate and destination events, each project is approached with clear communication, considered processes, and close attention to detail.
Our role is to guide, coordinate, and oversee every aspect thoughtfully, so nothing feels rushed, uncertain, or overwhelming – allowing our clients to be fully present while we manage what happens behind the scenes.

Roseco Experiences

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Roseco Experiences (“Roseco”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to the client (“Client”, “you”, “your”).
Roseco Experiences is operated by Roseco Experiences Ltd (Company Number 17022092), registered in England and Wales.
By confirming a booking with Roseco Experiences, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. OUR SERVICES
Roseco Experiences is a creative experience and event design agency specialising in elevated private celebrations, destination experiences, social and professional events, and creative event styling.
Our services may include:
- Event planning & coordination
- Creative direction & event styling
- Supplier sourcing & management
- Destination experience planning
- Venue sourcing & liaison
- Guest experience coordination
- On-the-day management
- Concierge-style recommendations and curated experiences
All services are bespoke and tailored individually to each project.
All prices are inclusive/exclusive of VAT where applicable.
2. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION
All bookings remain provisional until:
- A written proposal or quotation has been approved
- These Terms & Conditions have been accepted
- The required deposit has been received
Roseco Experiences reserves the right to release provisional dates if confirmation and deposit payment are not received within the agreed timeframe.
Once confirmed, the booking forms a legally binding agreement between Roseco Experiences and the Client.
3. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A booking deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit is non-refundable as it secures the event date and covers the initial planning, consultation, creative development, administrative work, and the reservation of Roseco Experiences’ time and resources.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- 50% deposit is required upon booking
- Remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the event date
For bookings made within 30 days of the event, full payment may be required upfront.
No event services, supplier bookings, or confirmations will be finalised until payment has been received.
Roseco Experiences reserves the right to pause or withdraw services where invoices remain unpaid.
Roseco Experiences reserves the right to charge statutory interest and reasonable recovery costs on overdue invoices where permitted by law.
Payments must be made via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
4. BESPOKE NATURE OF SERVICES
Every Roseco Experiences project is bespoke and tailored specifically to each client.
Quotes and proposals are based on:
- Event scope
- Guest numbers
- Supplier availability
- Destination requirements
- Logistics
- Styling requirements
- Timelines
- External supplier pricing
Any significant changes requested after confirmation may result in revised pricing.
5. CANCELLATIONS & CLIENT CHANGES
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
The booking deposit remains non-refundable.
Where a booking is cancelled, the Client remains responsible for any costs already incurred on their behalf, including non-refundable supplier charges.
The following cancellation charges represent a genuine estimate of the costs, time, and resources committed to the planning and delivery of the event:

6. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
Roseco Experiences works with trusted third-party suppliers, venues, hospitality providers, transport companies, yacht providers, wellness professionals, entertainers, and activity operators.
While we carefully curate all recommendations, Roseco Experiences cannot accept responsibility for:
- Supplier failures
- Service interruptions
- Delays
- Venue issues
- Third-party negligence
- Weather disruptions affecting third-party services
The Client may also be subject to additional supplier-specific terms and conditions.
Any contract entered into directly between the Client and a third-party supplier is solely between those parties.
7. DESTINATION EXPERIENCES
For destination events and experiences, Roseco Experiences acts as an experience curator and coordinator unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients remain responsible for:
- Travel documentation
- Insurance
- Personal expenses
- Medical requirements
- Travel arrangements unless included within the agreed scope
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all destination bookings.
Roseco Experiences shall not be liable for:
- Flight disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Travel delays
- Force majeure events
- Venue closures outside our reasonable control
8. WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE
Certain experiences, particularly destination and outdoor events, may be affected by weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Extreme weather
- Natural disasters
- Travel disruption
- Strikes
- Illness outbreaks
- Government restrictions
- Venue closures
- Supplier cancellations
Where possible, Roseco Experiences will make reasonable efforts to:
- Reschedule
- Adapt the experience
- Offer alternative arrangements
However, refunds may not always be possible where third-party costs have already been incurred.
9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information
- Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
- Approve designs, proposals, and decisions promptly
- Ensure guests behave respectfully towards suppliers, venues, and staff
Roseco Experiences reserves the right to withdraw services where abusive, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour occurs.
10. CREATIVE DIRECTION & STYLING
Roseco Experiences retains creative discretion regarding:
- Styling interpretation
- Supplier substitutions
- Floral availability
- Design adaptations required due to venue, weather, logistics, or supplier limitations
We will always aim to preserve the agreed aesthetic and overall vision wherever possible.
Moodboards, inspiration imagery, and creative references are intended as guidance and may not be replicated exactly.
11. PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT
Roseco Experiences may capture or receive photographs and video content of the event for operational, portfolio, and marketing purposes.
Unless the Client notifies us in writing before the event that they object, Roseco Experiences may use photographs and video that do not identify individuals, including images of event styling, décor, florals, tablescapes, venues, and other non-personal details, on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
Where photographs or videos clearly identify the Client or guests, Roseco Experiences will only use such content where we have an appropriate legal basis under applicable data protection laws.
Clients wishing to request complete privacy or confidentiality for their event should notify Roseco Experiences in writing before the event. We will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests, subject to any legal or contractual obligations.
12. LIABILITY
Roseco Experiences holds appropriate business insurance where required.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roseco Experiences shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Loss of enjoyment
- Travel or accommodation costs
- Third-party supplier failures
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid directly to Roseco Experiences.
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All creative concepts, proposals, styling plans, moodboards, branding concepts, and design materials produced by Roseco Experiences remain the intellectual property of Roseco Experiences unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or shared with third parties without permission.
14. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Any personal information shared with Roseco Experiences will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
Roseco Experiences respects the privacy and confidentiality of its Clients. We will only share information where reasonably necessary to deliver the agreed services or where required by law.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
