Whether we’re designing a private celebration, a destination event, or a brand-led experience, we bring the same level of creativity, attention, and thoughtfulness to every project, regardless of its scale.
Behind Roseco Experiences.
Roseco Experiences was founded by Shannon Rose Scanlon, driven by a genuine passion for bringing people together and creating moments that feel truly meaningful. With a natural eye for detail and a calm, thoughtful approach, Shannon designs events that balance creativity with clarity and intention.
Roseco was created to offer a more considered approach to event design – one that values clarity, consideration, and care. Working closely with each client, we focus on creating experiences that feel personal, beautifully considered, and aligned with the reason behind the event, from intimate private celebrations to brand and corporate events.
Alongside hands-on experience, formal training plays an important role in how each project is approached. Shannon is CIM-accredited with a Postgraduate Diploma (Level 7) in Event Management for Marketing & Communications, awarded with Distinction. Her background combines rigorous academic training with practical experience planning and coordinating live events, private celebrations, and corporate experiences, bringing a calm, structured, and highly professional approach to every project.

Wherever possible, we collaborate with local florists, caterers, makers, and production teams. It not only supports the places we work in, but also allows each event to feel connected to its surroundings rather than transported from elsewhere.

We focus on considered choices rather than excess, ensuring every element has a purpose and contributes to the overall experience without unnecessary over-styling.

From florals to décor, we prioritise longevity - choosing to hire, repurpose, or reuse pieces wherever it makes sense while still maintaining a high standard of quality. It’s a quieter approach, but one that feels more responsible and more aligned with the way we like to work.

Where We’re Based
Roseco Experiences is a UK-based agency, operating across the UK, Spain, and internationally.
With our main base in the UK (Milton Keynes / London) and a strong focus on Marbella and the Costa del Sol, we design and coordinate events locally and abroad with the same thoughtful, design-led approach. Our experience working within both regions allows us to collaborate with trusted local partners, ensuring clarity, consistency, and seamless coordination throughout the planning process.
While we design destination events worldwide, celebrations and events held within the UK and Marbella benefit from local insight and a more streamlined approach to planning and coordination.
